Library & Information center

The library is the nucleus of the whole campus and also the treasure house of knowledge. VIT library and information center strives its best to cater to the information needs of students and staff. The central library and information center encourages every user to use the library to his/her advantage.

Vision :

Library aims to be one of the best among engineering college libraries in the Karnataka. Library intends to incorporate the latest technology and adopt user friendly approach towards users.

Mission :

Library serves as a resource center knowledge and information , aims to develop a comprehensive collection of books, journals, CD-ROMs etc., for faculty and students of the institute and acts as an efficient dissemination of knowledge center.

To provide continuous access to the Knowledge and Information to the students and faculty of the Institute for achieving excellence in their chosen areas of interest.
